New Blog, training for world championships
Dear Darrin,
Congratulations!! In one year’s time, you will be representing Canada at the 2014 ITU World Triathlon Championships!
I received this in an email yesterday. I have been thinking about doing an online training log for a while to keep me accountable. With that email I decided that it would be a good time to start. I will post my first log (of today and yesterday) later this evening.
Stay fit,
Darrin
